Talk It Out

Weight Loss Surgery Support Groups

For the past seventeen years I have conducted Post-Op Weight Loss Surgery Support Groups at local hospitals.

Patients share their unique weight loss surgery challenges, and encouraged to pay attention to the psychological and physical hungers, and stress factors impacting their weight loss journey and surgery restriction.

Thought-provoking and skill-building coaching sessions in a safe environment empower bariatric patients with the tools for achieving physical and emotional well-being and a positive weight loss surgery lifestyle.
