Inspiring Hope

Do not let what you cannot do stop you from controlling what you can

YOU HAVE THE POWER TO CHANGE

“Our life is to use what we have been given to wake us up.”

EMBRACING PASSIONS

Unexpected change provides us with the opportunity to transcend the pain and create a happy and fulfilling life.

“We must be willing to let go of the life we’ve planned, so as to have the life that is waiting for us.”

— Joseph Campbell

Navigating Life Transitions

Welcome to a journey to take back your EMOTIONAL STRENGTH,

your POWER, and your PURPOSE.

How do you move forward when your life has stopped short?

It takes courage to take that first step and acknowledge that you can’t change the things that have caused your pain and suffering.

It takes patience to step back and reflect upon your feelings and experiences.

It takes resilience to regain your control and start feeling better.

Learning to manage your actions and reactions will transform your pain into purpose and meaning. You will be surprised at the depth of confidence and commitment you can achieve during difficult times.

And it takes courage to accept you can’t do it alone.

“Beginnings are always messy.”

— John Galswothy

Mary Ziller, LCSW

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, writer, and public speaker who empowers clients to use resilience skills when facing unexpected change to get them started in a new direction.

We all experience adversities in our lives: from everyday life challenges to devastating losses, like the end of a relationship, financial instability, illness, or the death of a loved one. Many people learn to bounce back and go on, but not everyone does.

Some people fall apart and struggle to reinvest in their lives. Some people let their loss define them.

I don’t want that to be you.
